Neev Pathar Architects & Interiors is a Ludhiana-based design firm that has been working on homes and commercial spaces across Punjab since 2010. Over more than fifteen years we have grown from a small studio into a full-service practice that families and businesses trust for thoughtful, well-built architecture. For us, architecture is never just the front face of a building. It is the way a room holds light, the path you walk through a space, and the comfort you feel after a long day. That thinking runs through everything we do: architectural design, 3D front elevations, interior design, renovation and redesign, Vastu consultancy, and full turnkey construction where we both design and build.
What holds all of it together is a single in-house team and a straightforward promise: to give every client the same care, the same clarity and the same standard of service, whether the project is big or small.
Our story
Neev Pathar started in 2010 with one clear idea: that good design ought to be within reach of anyone building in and around Ludhiana, not just the people putting up grand projects. Over the years we have designed and delivered homes, commercial buildings and interiors across the city and the wider region, and along the way we have come to know the local plots, the climate and the realities of construction here very well.
That experience shows in how we work now. We are practical, honest and rooted in Punjab, and our sense of design keeps growing with each project we take on.
One in-house team, end to end
Most of our projects are handled entirely within our own studio. The team brings together architects, interior designers, landscape professionals, structural and MEP engineers, and civil engineers, all working side by side.
Because of that, the design you approve is the one we engineer, detail and build, with nothing lost in the gaps between separate firms. From the first concept sketch to the last finishing touch, you deal with one team that is answerable for the whole thing and sees the full picture.

Every good building starts with a good brief. We put in real time understanding how you live or work, what your budget is, and what your site allows, all before a single line goes on paper. Then we refine the design with you over several rounds until it feels right.

We design for the orientation, the light and the climate of each site, and where clients want Vastu Shastra followed, we build those principles into the plan rather than forcing them on top of it. The aim, every time, is a space that is comfortable, efficient and unmistakably yours.

Founder & Principal Architect, Neev Pathar
Neev Pathar was founded by Ar. Nagina Goyal, a registered architect with the Council of Architecture (Reg. No. CA/2015/72141). She holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, and a Master's (M.Tech) in Urban Development & Management from the TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi. She started the practice after qualifying, and that blend of architecture and urban-planning training still shapes how the studio works — homes and commercial spaces that look good, sit well on their plot, use space sensibly and hold up over the years. She leads the design direction on the firm's residential and commercial projects across Ludhiana and Punjab.
