That means measured drawings, floor plans, 3D elevations, structural and services coordination, municipal sanction drawings and a working set your contractor builds from. At Neev Pathar the same office also supervises the site, so what was drawn is what gets built.
When should I bring an architect in?
Before you buy or finalise the plot, if you can. A short consultation at that stage tells you what the bylaws will allow, how the orientation will behave in Ludhiana's summer, and whether the plot suits the house you have in mind. It is far cheaper to learn that on paper than after the foundation is poured.
Do I need an architect for a renovation?
For anything that moves walls, adds a floor or changes the elevation, yes. Renovations are often trickier than new builds because you are working around an existing structure, so the structural check matters. For purely cosmetic changes, our interior team can handle it without a full architectural scope.
