What is included in your architectural service?

Can I take only the drawings and build myself?
Yes. Plenty of clients take a design-only package and appoint their own contractor. In that case we make the drawing set detailed enough to build from without guesswork, and you can add periodic supervision visits so someone independent is checking the work against the drawings.
How long does the design stage take?
It depends on the size and how quickly decisions come back, but a typical house moves from first meeting to sanction-ready drawings over a few weeks, with your approval at each stage. We give you a stage-wise timeline in writing before we start so you know what is coming when.
